A proposed remedy for a purchase journey that loses people before a price is shown. Rebuilt to boost confidence and reduce friction.

I had to type the same details in again for every plan, just to see what it cost. Comparing them was a pain.
The only way I could change my travel dates mid purchase was to start the whole thing over.
It asks you for everything up front, and only tells you the price right at the end.
If I wanted to actually understand what I was buying, I had to go and read a long PDF.

The purpose of this section is to provide upfront pricing, addressing a key pain point from my interviews.

One downside to pre-filling trip details is that users might skip them.

Since the DOB field cannot be edited, I designed the display for gender and DOB to appear only after the user inputs their NRIC. This approach eliminates unnecessary fields, making the form feel shorter.
